About

My name is Natalya Rogers

Mom of 3 incredible neurospicy humans. I'm also dyslexic and AuDHD. Our family lives by the harbour, where you'll usually find us out on the boat, paddle boarding, water biking, roller skating, playing the ukulele or soaking up salty air whenever we can. Life here is full, Loud, Beautiful-- and very neurodivergent.

My oldest is 21, autistic level 2/3. My middle is autistic level 1, and my youngest keeps us on our toes with ADHD. Navigating feeding sensory needs, social skills, executive functioning, burnout, and real life logistics isn't theoretical for me-- its daily life.

I created this space because I know what it feels like when conventional guidance & nutrition advice doesn't fit your brain, your nervous system or your family reality. I believe in gentle structure, practical systems and support that honors how your brain actually works.

I want to create & build a community where people feel comfortable being their authentic selves. My goal is to bring people together through shared experiences, creativity, and connection.

Through my time working with Emirates  Airline on the Airbus A380, I've had the opportunity to experience a wide range of cultures and perspectives. I'm passionate about sharing what I've learned about different countries, traditions and ways of life in a way that is engaging and accessible.

I also want to create a Global Friendship Group for children & adults that focuses on building confidence, communication, and meaningful connection. This would include learning about different countries, good news from the country, what children are doing in today's time, eating food from each country, interactive activities like games, art projects and group discussions designed to help children learn how to make friends, navigate social situations and maintain healthy relationships.

Ultimately, my vision is to create a supportive, inclusive space where learning, creativity and connection come together-- helping both kids & adults the wider community feel seen, heard and valued.

Lastly, my passion led me to become a Certified Neurodivergent Coach and Nutritionist.
